VOLT BATTERY RETURN

Got charged back for non-return of 3 from May 2018 $18,663.84. Spent most of the day sending appeals to GM REGIONAL WARRANY HELP.
Anybody else going through this?

Non-return meaning you didn't return them? Or them saying you didn't return them? Or you returned them 'incorrectly'? One lesson this does teach us is you or anyone( as the shipper) has to collect evidence like CSI when returning one of these batteries or anything hazmat to be able to prove after the fact that it was done properly.
If you returned them properly you should have a signed manifest with supporting paperwork for each by the driver who picked them up.
Get your DMA involved. Good luck

I have email, shipment numbers with dates and people we talked to get them picked up. DMA is involved. We do 2 or 3 of these a month and May of 2018 they claim we did not send back. So 1 month in the last 7 years we forget to send back???

MAY 2018?!?! I have heard of core refund nightmares before, but thankfully, ours have never been this awful. Hope this turns out well for you.

I have to round up BOL,shipment dates and when it was received. I must prove I sent them back. Maybe I should hire Robert Muller??

uh ... he's got plenty of work for the next few years answering to the Dems in congress; prob to the tune of another $25M of OUR tax money !!!
