Only had one and it was more due to the fact the tech wanted to go home that day. He went home, thinking we were getting him another. We reboxed it with another one and the next day he used it. He never said a word about it. We never told him. Hate sometimes when you have to play stupid mind games. The rest of the techs used them no problem.

YEP!! They have to swap the fittings off the old one. My guys say the fittings suck and don't clip in easily

So they show stock
on all 3 numbers for the condensers 84573456, 84621302 and 19383805. I have 2 being shipped to me thru the system and they are now stuck between the Michigan cross docks and the Cincinnati crossdock.
I have a customers car down and the holiday weekend is coming. Someone just shoot me in the head. There not a aftermarket to be found.

AMAZON has them, use the GM # followed by the word Condenser, or use the ACDelco short# in the search field.

Of course Amazon has them... GM doesn't care about the dealers, regardless of the lip service they give us. Surprised Rock Auto doesn't have them as well. Glad I only have 6,594 days left till I can retire!

So, yesterday with me trying to find something to work, our FOP manager gets a call from customer service. Guess what those people had the audacity to ask? When he told me that and what they wanted, the spac case who we talked to and so forth, I wanted to come unglued. The customer who I was looking for was the one that called, which there should have been no calling the dealer from Customer service. Customer service should have the script that says, "You bought a 95,000 pos and we can't help you because we are so inept that we have done this for 3 years now. Don't worry we are laser focused on solving this problem." I am going on vacation, I will be at home, but I won't be around GM for a week!

has anyone else finding that they are receiving newer ordered before some of the older one that you have on order? I have 5 on order from 05/22- 06/04 that we have not yet received, but we have received some that were ordered after 06/08 that we have received. I have tried to check the status of these older ones and the orders are not found in parts workbench. I have a case open with SPAC so hopefully they can tell me why the orders are processing this way.
