Wonder why they are on backorder, could it be the few gm dealers that sell on the internet non stop and pennies over cost that show to have 60+. Was the same issue we had on 8 speed transmissions. We cant order them from GM because they are on backorder but the mega dealers have 100+ to sell to everyone. Isn't this what causes the backorders and low supply in the first place?

The General doesn't CARE!. The General got paid. That's all that matters to them.

I seen that our local PDC had 19383805 which is can be used as a substitute for 84621302. I ordered said part. It went backordered and then changed to 84573456 which is the other number that can be used for a substitute. Of course there is no stock on it. Someone tell me why? Someone walk me off the ledge! All I want is the GM that use to be. It was not perfect but it was not this bad.

19383805 is the old style condenser. Doesn't have the updated welds/cuts that the new ones have. Also is without the silver tape on it. My techs are a little hesitant about installing.

Most complain to hear themselves talk. Seriously though we have not had anything said about it.

YUP!! It's usually the C-B techs. The A techs never say a word.
