AMEN!!!

Also, it seems to me that the native English speakers will generally go further out of their way for you than the non-natives. I had to ask for a supervisor on a case last week...English was his second language too.

It has already been in the 90"s here and cannot keep enough condensers on the shelf. Place CSO orders every day!

What did Yogi Bera say…….its like déjà vu all over again. Why does it take GM years to figure out that when spring and summer hit ….PEOPLE USE THEIR AC! Because GM cannot make a condenser that lasts they should have plenty in the system. Noooo they are again this year under national control. Just plain frustrating!!!!

Reference Number: GCUS-9-9514 Just came out. multiple numbers for same part and GM says we could get anyone of them. Doesn't matter really because they are all of the same exceptional quality............

when are the dealer owners going to step up and demand better service and quality from GM and their suppliers? We as parts managers can piss and moan all we want but if the dealer body doesn't get involved I think it falls on deaf ears.

Did you notice that 19383805 is an A/C Delco Professional and not GM original equipment. Also priced less.

In my opinion most dealers are either afraid of the General or just do really care that much. Gm has created so many policies and ways of screwing over the dealers nobody wants to argue with the supreme leaders
