OECONNECT shows this morning 84496856 changing to 84573456 and Charlotte shows 1561 of them but requires special handling. Condensers are getting as bad as light bulbs. 500 part numbers and they all look alike.

just tried ordering one of the 84573456 condensers, which there is plenty of stock at my PDC, they will not ship.

There is stock in transit under old number 84632550, and orders for 845873456 will be filled by 84632550 (if and) when stocks arrives or so says the Filipino lady at the call center.

No ETA. No additional info available at this time. No SPAC cases.

Likely that none of these new numbers has corrected the design flaw/s.

Our record for multiple replacements here is three on one vehicle. Can anyone match or beat that ??

So what are you people doing about 17336? the 84632550 doesn't match up number-wise to the 84211191
listed on the special policy? I have 5 of the 84362550 and can't use.

According to GCUS-9-7614,

If you order You may receive one of these approved and compatible parts
84496856--- 84537373, 84632550, 84573456 or 84621302
84632550--- 84537373, 84496856, 84573456 or 84621302

It looks like a complete clusterf***, but it looks like they're all interchangeable. We've been submitting 84632550s with no issues.

TELL ME IT AIN’T SO !!!!! Not another Summer of AC Condenser shortage. They have all these numbers that are interchangeable so have they improved anything? My order yesterday has 7 CSO orders and 1 SPAC case and that's on top of the 4 I sold from stock. Hudson PDC has 153 and today I have none………… I called SPAC and was told they are under review. What are they reviewing? SPAC lady says its part of a recall bulletin. Again I ask what are they reviewing? Same answer. I told her I don’t know what that means, are they reviewing me ,the part, the weather, WHAT. GM has had over two years to fix this and it looks like we are in for another miserable Summer, with more pissed off customers that are HOT in more ways than one. Its not even hot yet and look at the issues we are having.
As a side note………. I’m sorry GM but can we get some agents that English is not their second language. I have been talking to more and more agents that I can only understand every third word.
