One of our counter man accidentally receipted in almost 28,000 bolts last week because he didn't realize he was in the receipting screen and was trying to type in an invoice #.

Luckily I noticed it when I was doing my daily routine and noticed my inventory value was up like 80K.

I found the error and corrected it and now my daily report shows my purchase loyalty at 18%; I am NEVER below 90% usually 92+.

Has anyone had a similar situation happen? Will it be corrected now that I caught the error or do I have to email the samedayadjuster?

oh definitely email same day adjuster . and notify your DPM too. especially as we are near the end of the month

Update. I sent samedayadjuster an email with the error in their Excel document and it was corrected on my report today.

It is always a good thing to hear that someone cooperated and corrected the situation. There are still some people that care in this world of GM.

The folks at sameday have always been helpful for me. I just always make sure I use the form and use their preferred terminology.
