For those of you that have the Chat feature on your website: How many of those customer Chats are for service and / or parts?

I don't see this being a high service / parts feature for us. So why has GM made this a part of PASE?

How many of your dealerships use one of the approved Service BDC vendors?

Starting to wonder if conformance is worth it?
