Ours is 78% and we hit it as well.

If I'm reading it right, our objective for this month is 78% and I'm at 82.49 right now.

On the PASE dashboard, under the PERFORMANCE header, click on retention and it will show objective and actual percentages.

Retention (13-72 months) This one we are killing it
1st service visit 7-12 month This one we are having a hard time with the 3% growth vs last year let alone 80% where they want everyone to be eventually.
National average is 75%.
