Just received our first bill for the new synthetic blend bulk oil that has replaced the conventional oil. We have always been on option 1 pricing. The part numbers billed were 19417038 and 19417001 which appear to be the correct option 1 bulk part numbers. However we did not receive any discount and I would assume no return reserve or IMR as well. On the same invoice we did still receive our 10% discount on all of our dexos bulk products. Called invoicing and they were no help, Just wondering if anyone else has been billed for the new part numbers yet.
