GM Partner Perks

My best wholesale customer has my WD and another GM dealership on his list to receive his Partner Perks and he said he put our dealership on his list but has not received anything saying that we are linked?
I tried looking through Global for the "Toolbox" through the business section but can't find anywhere to see anything related to this new program.
Any info anyone can share about setting up my wholesale customer on my end would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: After numerous phone calls I finally found it; the link is in EARN POWER to see the customers that have added you to the program.
