If all goes as planned nothing will ship out until Tuesday. We all know how things always go as planned with GM.

July 16, 2019 Update - 075 Pontiac RDC Cutover to Prior Mainframe System
We have been unable to make satisfactory progress toward stabilizing the 075 Pontiac Redistribution Center (RDC) after implementation of a new Extended Warehouse Management system. We recognize the resulting unprecedented levels of backorders and open customer orders are unacceptable and are impacting your ability to service your customers in an appropriate timeframe.
To regain the health of our Supply Chain and Warehouse Distribution network, and provide the level of service you deserve, we have made the difficult, yet critical decision, to back out of the Extended Warehouse Management system and revert the Pontiac RDC back to our previous mainframe system.
Between Noon EDT on Wednesday, July 17th and concluding Monday, July 22nd we will be executing the system changes to restore the previous mainframe used to manage the Pontiac RDC.
What you can expect during this time:
• The Pontiac RDC will not process any orders during that timeframe
• Truckload Orders:
o Truckload cutoff: We will place as many Transmission only and Combo truckloads as possible on Tuesday, July 16th
o Orders that don't get placed on July 16th will be held in queue until the Pontiac RDC is ready to start filling Truckload orders again; we will communicate individual order status via our Field Sales team
o Please continue to place your Combo and Transmission only Truckload orders via SPAC. CCA will queue the orders and place them once Pontiac is ready to fill Truckload orders; we will communicate again when truckload orders are once again ready to be filled
o Engine only Truckload orders may continue to be placed per normal procedures and are not affected by the Pontiac RDC transition
• New Orders:
o With this transition any orders for parts unique to Pontiac or Hazardous OVNs placed after Noon EDT on Wednesday, July 17th will cancel with the message “Not Stocking". You will need to replace these orders when the system is restored on Monday, July 22, 2019
• Open Orders:
o To allow us to move the current orders out of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system and into our mainframe we will need to backorder all open orders in EWM
o The number of OVNs that can be processed each day is limited by airplane space, please only upgrade orders to SPAC cases if you have a critical need
• All Orders:
o You can inquire on order status in GlobalConnect by control number to determine the status of your open orders
o You may see order lines that show Pontiac has inventory but are on backorder. Once the transition is completed on July 22nd orders will be released to complete processing. Orders may be on backorder, holding for In-transit inventory at your admin or referred to another facility
• To view order status:
o GlobalConnect (PWB) Departments > Parts > Parts Workbench > (under part ordering processing) View Order Status Summary > Enter Customer Code (can also enter control number and/ or part number to get more specific) > View Order status
To maximize availability during this period, we have redirected parts flow to other facilities and diverted inbound shipments around Pontiac to expedite PDC replenishments. We have also relocated top SPAC case and recall part inventories to other facilities.
We realize we need to ensure we have a flawless execution of this transition and are focused on doing so. We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience this transition is causing. Thank you for your patience and support.

I await the "flawless execution".
The only execution should be whoever is responsible for this fiasco. ;)

The craziest thing to me is that they waited 80+ days to give up and revert back.

The "flawless execution" will be the adding of new parking space for the new trailers to be parked. If somebody did this at the dealer level they would have been gone in a week, how this happened to this scale is mind boggling!
