GM Plant 75 Follies ??

I overnighted two shocks on 4/26.

They arrived today on 5/14.

What an effing joke.

Ordered pads 13595651 on 4/18 and upgrade to SPAC case. Case closed on 5/3 and it still says written to 075. No one will help!!! SPAC said to reorder them. WHY..........it will only write to the black hole called Pontiac. They have to stop referring us to that damn bulletin. That doesn't tell you anything. I have so many parts on SPAC,CSO,RIM I cant tell what is backordered and what is lost or STUCK in 075.
Buckle up kids this mess may not be cleaned up till October or beyond. Look how long it takes to get caught up around the xmas holidays. I dont know what could possibly be taking so long. I was told by someone at SPAC that when they turned on the new system it worked fine in house but would not talk to the GM mainframe outside the building. Dont know if that's true or not Why not turn back on the old system and keep running. HMMMM they had the old system running in the background, didn't theyyyyy. How effing stupid can these people be.

I xcan only pray the don't use this "management" system at any other PDC or we may never get anything

If you have a part from 75, Pontiac with no tracking and the below applies. Please send me ALL the info in the boxes. Yes, I will need a SPAC and SR # to complete. Just respond with Pontiac 75 and you dealer name in the subject line. I will provide this info to the Region daily as I get them. It is getting better they say.


Effective 5/13/19

Due to the EWM transition occurring at 075 Pontiac and the lack of order visibility, dealer SPAC Case escalations for the below situations can be sent to SPAC to investigate and begin to resolve order issues at 075.

• Order escalations must meet the following situations only:

o Buy Backs/Lemon Law - if the customer is requesting a buy back or threatening legal action.
o Revenue generating vehicles - Vehicles used for business.
o Safety item – example: airbags, seatbelts

Local Honda dealer called this am wanting a Turbo for a Cruze, I told him they are on back order. He said we have one ordered and gave me a customers name they had traded the car in because they were sick of GM. Found out they had the back order valve cover last year and now a turbo. Hope GM reades this.

I'm waiting on a def fluid module, service keeps asking when we'll see it. :shrug:

I tell them GM can't even tell me.
