We got 2 of the 84412924 reservoir kits in today from 75. Only problem is they are not ours DDS out of Hudson delivered to us should go to a dealer in OR. Close but no Cigar

OH, THIS IS RICH:
I received a call from SPAC regarding a part I confirmed shipment on yesterday (5/28/19) for OEC. The agent told me the requesting dealer is having trouble tracking the package through FedEx.
I proceed to inform him that when I printed the shipper document from their designated website, it was dated for shipment on MAY 30, 2019! I also informed him that my carrier picked it up before 10:30am this very morning (5/29/19)
He actually asked "Which carrier?" No bullsh!t. If I were feeling a little mean today, I may have pointed out the several factors which should have been obvious prior to his call, but I was nice. It doesn't show stock anywhere in Michigan, but who knows how long they have had it on order. I just verified the information and let it happen.
I am finding it interesting they are making an effort to track this down. They must be bored stiff

Gotta love it. Order an AC Cond. on the 31st of May. 39146283 Service lane part. No stock at my local PDC, guess what they refer it to 075. Why in the hell are they sending orders to that place when it is as messed up as it is. Naturally here I sit waiting for a condenser that should have been here Monday. Seriously people what the hell are you thinking. If they have been working around the clock to fix this cluster, they might want to find new people, since we are now into the 2nd month of of this fiasco.

It's an appeasement for the dummies to try to hold onto their jobs/IT contract for as long as they can! You can't make this sh!t up. When you come in on a Monday morning and there IS NO Global Connect, that's kind of the writing on the wall of where we stand and where we'll be a year from now.

I think 058 Willow Run is getting as bad as Pontiac. This week I have had 2 parts coming out of 058 that were ordered last week. Both were SLP parts. Neither had any information except "written" until today. The first was sent by truck so will take a week. The second has a FedEx tracking number but only shows the label is created nothing else. SPAC says it will show up today. I doubt it.

I am on hold as I type this checking on a part out of 58. Ordered in time to make cutoff, service lane, showed stock in my local pdc, referred to 58......What the hell is going on ???????

Edit....33 minutes and 21 seconds later all I know is that it did not ship. No reasoning why. It will ship today.
