Anyone else getting "hung out to dry" by delays and no data regarding shipments from GM's Pontiac parts plant #75 ?? No tracking, no nothing ??

We've seen the bulletin which they say, "We don't know what we are doing..." in as many words. You can't make this stuff up.

I guess we have been enhanced again... Oh, and the new tags totally suck. We saw our first shipments today, the peel off tags, which we use for packing slips have no plant number on them.

i have brake pads that are sitting in Limbo since 04/24 (not canceled). 075 is the only plant that stocks them. I requested to RIM that they take 075 exclusive parts off of RIM management so i don't get punished, guess what they said no.

So glad we have ACDelco WD's that can bail us out in a jam. I ordered a stabilizer link on the 25th. Appears the one I ordered is in limbo, no shipment number, haven't been invoiced for it either. CAC tells me to make a claim, how can you do that without an invoice or shipment number? Gotta love upgrades.

We have 5 SPAC cases sitting at 075. All for cars down in shop. Received today? Two parts from 075 RIM ordered. Come on people.

I'm sure GM is aware of the problem and is putting all available resources on fixing it ASAP. Check back in December and they should have an update.

Transmission and numerous SPAC cases and a LOT of RIM parts. It may sound old but........... a billion dollar corporation with a ten dollar IT dept. Why does every upgrade to a plant,website,program,and most things GM changes (for the enhancement of the dealer) always turn into an absolute failure...................

At GM, when we eff up, we EFF UP.

At least they are consistent with their "enhancements".

2 parts (1 order) I am waiting on that were "WRITTEN" to back in April. I called to cancel (had to buy locally to take care of the customer) & was told that I can't since it's been on order over 48 hours; but yet they sit there in limbo. I just don't understand the logic. This makes 0 sense to me. They must really want their 35% in a bad way.

Finally received my Trans on Monday. I still have two SPAC cases that were CLOSED on 4/25 that I don't have. No one wants to help, especially SPAC because they are tired of hearing about it. Besides that Trans and a handful of parts, with those shitty tags I have received nothing from 075. Is anything coming out of that place??? I know what happens when they close plants on a holiday and everything is messed up for weeks. I cant imagine how long this will take to clear up. Yikes!!!
