Just remember it is all about customer satisfaction. Oh wait that only applies to us. We shouldn't expect it from GM.

10TH of May and still nothing from 75.

Then I had a customer request me to cancel a radiator that I ordered from them. They were able to get it shipped to them for $600.00. Mine has been on backorder for almost three weeks now.

My dealer cost on said radiator is $875.00

By the way all the parts stuck at 75 you have been billed for them!!!

Part from the 24th still sitting in cyber land. Haven't been billed so I can't make a claim either.

I GOT 2 PARTS FROM 075 THIS WEEK. ONE WAS A STOCK PIECE FROM 4-7 AND ONE WAS A BACKORDERED SPAC FROM MARCH!!
DIDNT GET BILLED FOR EITHER ONE OF THOSE BUT I DID GET BILLED FOR 2 PIECES I HAVENT SEEN YET!!

Hello GM: IF I WERE YOU: I would lock out PC75 (cross ship from other warehouses) until everything is fixed and running smoothly. YOU"RE WELCOME!

Ordered CSO 2 seal kits 12672366 on 05/08 and they showed up Friday. GM ordered 1 on RIM on 05/09.
We have been billed for the one RIM ordered( and we have no gotten) but have not been billed for the 2 ordered CSO (and received) Gotta love that great GM feeling.

I have been waiting on a key fob. Backordered and SPAC case in place. Here is the answerback from this morning....

I think they have overestimated my patience.....this is ridiculous!
