just received a few items from plant 75 from 4/18 order

I received this today. Yes the date is 01/23, CTRL # R352. Plant 75. They are prompt, no matter how long it takes them.

Issue 876 deleted. Not really an issue, but more a rant. It was up last night and early this morning, but someone was told to remove the issue/rant.

I do believe the title was ‘Parties responsible for the Plant 75 debacle warrant immediate dismissal’.

The body, which I copied and pasted were as follows:

“In this day and age, the plant 75 debacle is inexcusable. Whomever was in charge of the transition, whether it was ‘in house’ or an outside contractor, immediate dismissal is warranted. This is just another example of the inadequacies of GM executives determining the most ‘cost effective’ measures to complete what would appear to be a routine transition. FIRE the responsible parties and ban them from the property! Wait, it’s GM, they’ll probably get promoted.”

A perfect example of the incompetency of the upper management.
I would have liked to see a video of the ‘idiots in charge’ tarred and feathered.
That would show some serious intent to remedy the problems we’ve endured.

I have a pile of parts that I received from 075 that have not been invoiced as of yet. One of the parts was a Transmission that we received early in this debacle on 5/6 but not invoiced yet. Pulling my parts advice of shipments from CDK this morning I see a notice of shipment for the same Trans. It appears I have another one on its way to my facing PDC. Same order number, same shipper number, same everything. Cannot wait to see how to clean this one up.
They keep thanking us for our patience while they work thru this. I could be patient while they try to clean up a huge mess, that they created ….BUT… I don’t think it’s a clean up at this point. THE DAMN THING STILL DOESN’T WORK!!!! They need to take their IT department and their systems development department and lock them out of the building. Stop being so friggin arrogant and go back to the old system. Take this company they hired and everyone who signed off on this shit and send them to the Mall for the free wi-fi. REALLY WTF takes over a month working around the clock (BS) to fix this problem.
Some people are advocating that they just shut 075 down and isolate it from the GM chain. The problem is 075 feeds so many other PDC’s. I have more SPAC cases, RIM backorders, and just plain missing shit than I can ever recall having in 40 years. I don’t know the answer but it sure seems like our summer is effd up.

All kidding aside, I feel like we have been hung out to dry. It is hard to believe something like this could happen to a corporation as big as GM.
