Anyone else find it a bear to update this machine? I have tried a direct ethernet line to the machine but it eventually says no internet connection even though we run our computer right off of the same port. I called support and although nice, don't seem to know alot more than me. They said def use a thumb drive. The thumb drive HAS to be between 4-16 GB. No more, no less. When I go to download the update to the thumb drive it takes about 45 minutes then eventually says time has run out. Tried a few different computers here and same result. Called them back and they told me to re-format the thumb drive on the Laser Max itself, so I am doing that but it's been over 2 hours and still says Operation in Progress.

Sorry for the long rant but have you all dealt with this?

Had that happen here too. We have since upgraded the computer module to the newest one available. Have not tried to update it yet I will let you know how it goes.
