Was wondering if anyone has some sales history on this fender or any issues with fitment part number 25938078. We ordered this fender for an 05 Corvette, vin 55101875. Looks right but when you mount it up its about 1/4 inch too long. Doesn't sound like a lot but its extremely noticeable where the hood, and bumper meet the fender. There is no adjustment either. We measured the Drivers side fender and the old fender and they are both 1/4 inch shorter than the new fender. Next step was to contact Partech, They informed us of several cases with the same issue and to do an RFI. Called RFI and gave them measurements and received a second fender that's also too long. Called RFI a second time and they basically said that there is no resolution to any of the other cases that were out there and that engineering stated that this is the correct fender for most 05-09 corvettes. What does that mean and what do you do when your corvette is not most? I'm at a loss of what to do. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Same problem we wound up ordering the other side and covering the cost to satisfy the customer.

That's absurd. We got in a medium duty truck the other day that was not ours. We are a small store so the owner was dealing with it. He had to convince GM that the truck was here. They were arguing that we didn't have it.
