Hello, has anybody seen the cca sales & marketing update video yet?. Although tech retention is a important issue, however, I think getting parts out of 075, backorders, and deliveries are more or a issue. If we cant get parts, there is nothing the techs can do anyway!!! Oh dont worry though they will focus our issues the next video...
