We have a key code that we need to "decode" to obtain the tumbler numbers and locations. D2D does not have this code on file. Called Global Connect who referred us to D2D and D2D referred us to Global - getting NOWHERE. Sent email to the key code help line but that could take days.

Any suggestions on where / how to decode this code?

I call a local dealer that has a laser key machine and give them the key code. They read me back the cuts.

:shrug: Don't know how else to do it.

Unfortunately that is my answer also. Make friends with a dealer that has a laser cut. Coffee and bagels work well. Pretty lame that we as a GM dealer do not have access to this information.

What's your key code drapp? I'll decode it for ya.

Was able to get GM to email me the decoding information. I had to email the EKC dept. Thanks for your offer.
