GM My Rewards Owner Loyalty

When I try to log in I keep getting an error. Invalid username/password specified.(SBL-UIF-00271). I have tired to clear browser history and have used multiple browsers and computers. What am I missing?

Not sure...I was able to log in to mine.

We go through Global Disconnect. Ours is working.
