Issue Title: What kind of BS is this?
Issue Description:
Why are we having to fill out a form, fax the form, check in the part, stock the part and then hand out the part for FREE! There should be a part number,we should be charged for the part and we should charge it out on the repair order with the warranty parts markup. There is so much wrong with this scenario. Should the customer be signing a "DISCLOSURE OF NON-GM PRODUCTS CUSTOMERACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM"? There is no GM part number for the parts being installed on the vehicle.
