I tried the SPAC chat today. Closed.
So I call them on the phone. Wait about 5 minutes, get a Rep.
I explain to rep that I'm looking for a part, that I need the part (trailer plug harness 84215177) and there are dealers who show the part.
Rep tells me that parts are in transit to 075, then mentions that I'm probably aware of the issues with 075.
No clue when I'm getting said part. I said in closing to Rep, "well, hopefully we can convince customer to buy his next vehicle from us seeing as you can't tell me when the part he needs is going to arrive."
Some days I really dread coming to work. And it's not because of my employer. The boss is a great guy. He'd do just about anything for you.
It's GM and all of these hoops they make us jump through.
