CAN ANYONE GET THROUGH TO SPAC

I've been doing it recently. Best way actually I found is the new option to call in your SPAC case, get ahold of whoever (Dealer) has the part and is willing to sprint it. Get the dealer code and whatnot, call Par-tac. Only downside is it BUSY during the week, surprised I made it through so fast today actually. Anyway, once you ACTUALLY get a rep, they will walk through the rest of the process and granted the other dealership you contacted knows how to properly sprint. Your part should be out in the mail same day.

I couldn't get Live Chat to work yesterday so I had to call...20 minute wait just to talk to someone. Took about 30 minutes total for the entire call. Unacceptable.

Just dealt with this very thing. Manually fulfilling a SPAC case, total time on the phone with SPAC was 28:16.

Got the little survey from GM about my dealing with SPAC. First told them my SPAC advisor was polite and professional. Then told them they should be ashamed for even sending out a survey

Placed a CSO order for 20 parts today. Made 5 SPAC cases on those 20 parts. Two I could not make a SPAC case on global so spent 30+ minutes on the phone for them. As the Beatles said Got to admit it's getting better(Can't get no worse)"
At least I hope it can't get no worse.

Honestly, if you have all your ducks in a row before calling Par-tac I found its much easier and efficient getting your part sprinted. YOUR in control of where said part is coming from, and if all goes smoothly you have your part overnighted (Granted the other dealership knows the process of sprints!) Sure, the wait time is TERRIBLE, but in the end it evens itself out. Faster parts, faster service =Happy Customers.
Just call the dealership directly that has your part, make sure they are willing to sprint. DONT let SPAC decide for you
