Lower control arms for Trax recall

Are any of you having to SPAC these parts? It says National Control on 95328052 and 95328053, and I order on CSO with VIN # in the comments. Then they B/O to 088 and will not allow me to upgrade to SPAC. Got quite a few of these on order and customers in rental cars. Let me know any other magic I can do. Thanks. I have had 2 set come in but they took almost 3 weeks.Gives me a message that says 13415 cannot upgrade to SPAC try later, when is later ?

I have been able to put SPAC cases on them....I don't know what good it does though.

I stopped putting SPAC Cases on them for now. I have enough SPAC Cases to watch, it is pathetic. To think that they expect us to do business this way is sad. but don't forget to make that customer happy. Gotta love it.

Amen, brother.
We have 15 pairs of them on backorder, all with SPAC cases on them. That's 30 cases total, just for 2 part numbers. And these are not even on the "top 10" list.

We got lucky when this fiasco first started. I ordered 20 sets of arms for the vehicles in stock plus a dozen more just to have them in stock. Our local PDC shipped them all. They went quickly and of course afterwards, they went 088. I placed 10 of each side on order and put fake SPAC cases on them. They eventually made it to our door but now...... we're screwed.

Yes you can put them on a SPAC but you have to do it through the back order screen only.

Not anymore. Since Friday @ 8:15 pm, all of the orders will dump to the infamous offline table that prevents you from doing anything other than hoping and praying that they release your order sometime this year.

Is that a bulletin number you are referencing? I tried to pull it up in Global.
