Years ago GM told the dealers that parts managers could not manage parts inventory. And therefore we have RIM - Retail Inventory Management.

Now GM has proven they cannot manage the supply chain / wholesale warehouse distribution. Therefore, I propose that GM immediately install the WHIM system. That's right WHarehouse Inventory Management.

After all they seem to propose we stock things on a WHIM. Why not manage their system with it. It cannot get much worse.

Maybe each day when GM management shows up and they swipe their security card - WHIM will randomly fire / demote / promote the staff. As I said it cannot get much worse.
