My chat with SPAC - Wow

I just got off the GM chat. No waiting today, I'll give them that. Here is the transcript:

Mike: Hello! Thank you for contacting GM SPAC. My name is Mike. Are you contacting us about an existing SPAC case or Service Request today?
Me: Hello Mike
Me: No, I need to make a SPAC case.
Mike: Sure Can I have the information please?
Me: Part# 23237860 on control 1234 dlr code is 123456
Me: It changes to 84524663 then cancels
Me: That's our alt dlr code, reg is 456789
Mike: Sorry, upon checking on the part number we don't have any availability and the order got cancelled already.
Mike: And there is a new part number with this one 84524663.
Me: Yes but that one says "cancelled new part not available"
Me: So I can't make a case for the customer
Mike: Yes.
Me: I can't even order it since it will keep cancelling, correct?
Mike: Yes we need to wait it to become available first.
Me: Any ideas when the new number will be available?
Mike: No firm ETA yet shows here as well.
Me: I can imagine this person would like to have A/C soon.
Mike: But more update will be release this upcoming 07/25.
Me: Ok
Mike: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Me: no thanks

I bent my DMA's ear pretty hard over the SPAC Chat feature.

It's a great idea, in theory. I don't have a person to dedicate to sit and babysit a chat window.
