I seen a previous post about these damn control arms, Ive been waiting WEEKS to arrive. In the mean time dealing with some very unhappy customers. I call SPAC and get the message that orders were moved to an "Offline table?" My first order I placed a month back FINALLY arrived a few days ago. Anyone ever look into what's going on? Or it is just that backed up on orders? I realize new recalls leave people scrambling..but damn.

My oldest order right now was placed on 7-5. Yesterday I got an answerback stating that the 53 was processing for shipment but still nothing today on the 52.
There was a post on the DFOAB about this and here is GM's reply...

Continuous weekly supply coming in has not been enough to overcome higher than expected failure rate and subsequent dealer orders. Increased capacity expected in late July. Current backorder clear date estimate of mid-August with complete backorder clear and sustainability expected by end of August. Orders are being managed FIFO. Urgent escalations should come through your DMA who should leverage the ROM/RSM Escalation process for review.

Are any of you getting any of these parts ? I have orders going back to 7-7-19 and customers in rentals. Getting on my last nerve!

What was your order date. Did you actually receive them? My oldest order is from 7-25 and I still show no activity on the order.

My favorite so far has been when GM customer care calls for a customer on the line, and asks us to give THEM at ETA on the arms!!! hahahaha I mean this is insane
