The Futura comes from Italy. And guess what happens during the summer in Europe. They go on Holiday for like a month. This happened to us a few years back when we wanted the Futura. We ended up going with Keyline Laser Machine.

We use a Keyline 994 Laser "the $10,000 machine" (A good retailer can get it to you for $7k), cuts new and old, even ones where the keycode isn't loaded in as you can manually input cuts. Doesn't do VATs keys, but between the minimum purchase quantity for those keys from GM and lack of vehicles in operation, that's not even an issue for me. Charge a key code pulling fee and key cutting fee, fees are doubled if you bring your own keys, that is how I pay for the bits when they wear out.

Just tried ordering CSO-3 again and it cancelled; went through fine as a regular CSO but will probably take 5 days to get again.

Has anyone been able to figure out how to get these the next business day since the change?

Reference Number: GCUS-9-8064

Transportation Change for Key Fob Orders
U.S. Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac Parts Managers and Service Managers:
Currently, GM ships Key Fobs via FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery for CSO-3 orders, and via FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery for other order types such as CSO, DRO, and QPO.
Effective 7/12/2019, all non CSO-3 Key Fob orders will ship via FedEx Ground Delivery. Service Lane and SPAC will continue to ship FedEx Standard Overnight, when the dealership places a CSO-3 it will ship Priority Overnight.
Transit via FedEx Ground generally ranges between 1 and 4 days depending on your Dealership's location. If your Dealership needs a key fob overnight, be sure you upgrade the order to CSO-3.

Those of you that have the Keyline 994, how do you like, and how much of a pain for replacement tracers and cutter bits, and updates? Am getting really tired of the
timeline to order cut keys from GM, and have been doing some investigation.
