A lot of broken electrical connectors. Anybody else???

We did our first, and so far only, on the 8th (pn# 84558550) and there was no issue with it.

These are way too heavy for the little packaging they use. i can't believe the ones I've ordered weren't damaged.

We have done about 50 of them and had to file claims on 4.There should be some kind of protection for the connector in the box. Did another claim today.
