Hello everyone just curious to whom here is on the Automate DMS and what are your thoughts? Currently at my dealership we are on CDK. Thanks again all.

Been on it for a few years now we switched from ADP.

Like anything else there will be a learning curve but you will get used to it and make it work for you.

After learning all of the functions and how to make it work for us we have no major complaints.

Customer service is usually very very good too.

When you move from a tier 1 DMS like rey/rey, CDK, UCS, to a small tier 3 like Automate, Dealertrack, etc. , there is always a period of change for both staff and management as everyone figures it out. As a manager, the longer you spent on a major DMS, the harder that transition tends to be as you miss some of the controls and reporting that you once had. The reality is that they all have their good and bad points and Automate isn't going to be any different.

Automate is very useable.
Long story short it does everything you need, does it well, easy to learn and is a cost savings over "Tier 1" DMS.
