Do anybody else think the price or D2D link is way way out of line?

YES!!!!!!!!!!! But when you have a monopoly you can charge what you want.

Yep they have us by the you know whats. LOL!!!! Just think of all the phone calls it saves trying to locate a part. I was reminiscing today about how we would call dealer after dealer when I first started in this business, wasn't fun. The fee is still out of control and then they want you to add this subscription and that subscription on top of it.

And I got a letter from them today telling us to "budget" for yearly increases about this time every year!?!?!?

Absolutely. Just got the letter yesterday going up another $50/month! Hope we have enough in our iMR advertising funds to cover the increase...

Yup, everything OE Connection makes is overpriced and doesn't work half the time. I wouldn't be surprised if they were the genius minds behind the new plant 075 computer systems.
