This may seem like a dumb question, but if you put in a QPO order and something back orders on it, can you upgrade the B/O parts?
I just put a filter order in and 2 Airfilter numbers went on B/O..... AIR FILTERS!!!! WTF GM!

So I guess no one is sure if you can upgrade a QPO to a CSO order without it affecting discounts...

In global connect, you can't upgrade a QPO at all.

If you go into View Back Order Report, then click on any QPO parts that show back-order.... It gives you an option at the bottom to upgrade to a CSO/VIP. I just to make sure I don't F'up any discounts/return money if I do upgrade.
