We are examining the impact eCommerce is having on the automotive parts industry, but we do not have control over other retailer’s pricing strategies or distribution"

Yeah, the same old regurgitated BS that they always spew out when we gripe about competitors getting better pricing that we do. As if Home Depot, Amazon, Auto Zone, Wal-Mart etc... are selling below cost to get traffic.

It should read:
"GM is committed to working over our Dealer partners. GM is too stupid to embrace the opportunities the internet marketplaces provide. GM will continue to make adjustments to ensure GM's short term profitability. We are examining the impact eCommerce is having on the automotive parts industry by climbing into bed with AMAZON, WALMART, ROCK AUTO, and now HOME DEPOT. GM does not have control over other retailer’s pricing strategies or distribution (wink wink, nudge nudge). Bankruptcy 2.0 here we come."
