Anyone here use Decisiv with CDK?

Decisiv service reporting and quoting system. Like E2 Shop System and others.

Having problems with the interaction between Dicisiv and CDK.

The service dept creates a Decisiv case and exports case to CDK. The parts dept quotes parts on case. Quote is sold and we export parts to CDK. All is fine.
Service then finds additional repairs needed. They add a labor line to Decisiv and export case with new line to CDK what is happening is all previously quoted and exports parts are exported again.
I'm thinking there must be a setting or something that service selects to export labor only. In parts when we export only parts export not labor.
