I guess if you can't get a grip on selling and providing parts you have to try something different. For you stores that use all these programs how do you keep up with it all?
This message is being updated with a two-page summary to help Dealer employees understand what is changing and how customers will use BuyPower earnings to redeem for statement credits.

We are excited to announce new Redemption options for BuyPower Cardmembers that will give you some great new reasons to promote the Card!

Starting August 20, 2019, BuyPower customers can redeem their Earnings for statement credits* up to $250 each year on in-dealership purchases of Certified Service, parts and accessories plus other GM extras (including most OnStar®** and connected services plans and Sirius XM).

Now Earnings can help customers save toward a new vehicle while also enjoying other products and services in the dealership. This new redemption benefit requires no extra work for Dealer employees. Redeemable purchases will appear on the customer's buypowercard Account within three days and customers have 90 days to redeem towards a statement credit.

We've developed new Point of Sale items to help you communicate this new redemption offer and increase loyalty at your dealership. The Point of Sale will be coming in a box the week of August 26th. The box will be addressed to your Dealership General Manager, but with items specific for F&I Managers and Service. Please make sure these items get to the appropriate areas.

More to come – and thank you in advance for your participation as we make the GM Rewards Card program even better!

It is pretty much the publicity for the GM Mastercard. Most info and advertising in the box, is to woo the customer into signing up in order to receive a statement credit on the card itself.
