Anybody ever had a part show up on a RIM return that you just received for a customer? Last sale was in July 2017, haven't had one since - Part was deleted April of this year and we just special ordered one on 8/26. And it showed up on September's RIM return.

I'd like to figure this out and make other parts I don't actually want show up like that on a return LOL

If it's on a RIM return, then RIM stocked it for you for and you should not have had to CSO it for a customer, was there a QOH issue or do you have an obsolescence fund to scrap aged out inventory with?

Can't say I've ever seen your issue show up before on my side.

Well, that's the weird thing. We last sold it in July 2017, it was never restocked and the first activity on that number since then was an actual CSO purchase 2 weeks ago. Other than it going on delete status this past April. There's no way it should have shown up on a RIM return.
