I havent received a single RIM part since 9/10/19 nor have i received and CSO orders :shock: is there an end in sight here? Are any spac cases even going through?

Our RIM purchase loyalty just dropped below 90 %. Exactly how are we suppose to keep them up when GM has turned RIM off and are not sending anything? :?

mine tanked too after we were told that it would not be held against us, i don't know what we are supposed to do it's not our fault that they went on strike. we still have customers that depend upon us to service their vehicles, maybe they want us to close....who knows for sure :roll:

I'm just going to submit to sameday adjuster that GM is on strike and CAN'T supply parts. Let's see how that works!!!!

Parts Workbench, View Dealer Daily Report, download RIM Purchase Loyalty Detail MTD and make notations on the Excel spreadsheet and then email to samedayadjuster@gmDOTcom. The guideline for acceptable comments is in the PASE guide.
