Enhancements to RIM Protection Guidelines
•Dealerships can increase the RIM recommended stocking policy quantity on a part up to 800% and still benefit from RIM inventory protection beginning October 1, 2019

What good does this do when they can't process these rim orders i get one rim order a week and 80% of that is back ordered

And do we really trust GM to honor the protection? Like I don't expect everything that RIM should have protected in Sept and Oct being on the returns when they finally start returning again.

And why are RPO's no longer upgraded? If its ordered on a CSO it should be upgraded. Just another excuse to get the dealers to pay for overnight charges.

So are they gonna give us our discounts back this month that they stopped giving us so they could do the slp program, ha GM is such a joke

Monday we ordered a part CSO-3. It didn't come in on Fedex so I checked the tracking number. It showed delivered. Contacted Fedex they were investigating and I should know something by 5:30 yesterday. Later on Advance brought the part delivered to them by Fedex by mistake. Makes you wonder how much GM is selling to them and if they are having to pay the overnight charges we are? Still haven't heard back from Fedex.
