I submitted an adjustment this morning on every non-rim part and every one was approved. It was like 15 min and the approval came through.

I submit mine every Wed, and like clock work I get an email saying approved!! It's not that big of a deal to do.

How do I submit adjustments? I've never heard about it or done one.
Sorry for the dumb question, I am new to GM and learning as I go.

Those sneeeeeky bastards……. Looking at my RIM stock order proposal list this morning, because my truck is going to be late, and I find a bunch of control arms and front end stuff on my list. They call it a sales campaign. Why can’t they laser focus on getting some of these referral pieces shipped out that are STUCK at some of these PDC’s. I don’t have the time, room, money or PATIENCE to mess with this shit. GM really needs to take a look at the people calling the shots and making these decisions.
I received a pre shipment of some recall parts last week. Eighty individual OVN packages!!! How about you throw them in one box and use the savings from the other 79 packages and send me my CSO orders stuck at these friggin PDC’s for weeks and months……………YOU CAN’T FIX STUPID

I've got a similar problem. 40 parts for a collision customer of mine. About 1/3 of them have shown up. Thankfully my customer is understanding.

How many of you are getting multiple things done with the spac agent on each chat/ call. If I have to wait 3 hours I have to make it worth my while. Today I have 12 cases to escalate and another shows close and shipped but no tracking.
