Anybody else gotten any of these parts? Just had 2 pieces show today on FedEx, a 84819605 and an 84819606. Normal size Tyvek FedEx shipping envelopes for each part separately. Almost no weight on either.
One of the packages has a $12.78 additional freight charge on it and the other does not. WTF??

Yes i received the same two pieces and YES, i was charged a freight charge for one of them... Unbelieveable..

Got the same two parts... tried the CHAT function at SPAC to determine which VIN these parts are for and what the recall number is and they are completely clueless.
They said, "Good news, you just rec'd both parts today on tracking #123456789 out plant 75."
You can't make this stuff up.

I received 2 sets so far & the service manager has no idea what it is for too.

Pre-shipment of limited quantities of parts numbers 84819605 and 84819606 supporting upcoming Customer Satisfaction Bulletin N192265660 (14-19MY K2 Silverado/Sierra with Power Sliding Rear Window – RPO A48), has begun to Dealerships located in Alaska, Idaho, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Vermont. You may have already received an initial shipment. Please hold these parts until the bulletin is released (expected in the next few weeks).
Pre-shipment is based on a fair share allocation reflecting the number of involved VINs assigned to a Dealership and will continue for several weeks. As part availability increases pre-shipment will expand to additional states. Pre-shipped parts will be charged to Dealers' Open Parts Account. All Dealership orders for these parts placed prior to and during the pre-ship phase will be cancelled.
