Overnight order cancellation

Tried to track a package that we overnighted from MI and was informed because our local PDC, 039 didn't have it it cancelled. had to ponder that one for a bit. I guess the rules have changed again and not in our favor......

The message GM released last week said if its not in your local chain it will cancel

The cool part is when you order it normal, add a SPAC, then it SHOULD ship overnight for free.

PDC's out of your area will fill them if they have them.
Forgot to include that part.
We did spac case's on 18 sets of Trax recall bolts that we tried to ovn that cancelled.
We ordered them normal, added SPAC cases and got them the next day from Reno.

Anyone in the Northeast getting parts from PC006 or PC039 once the part is WRITTEN to those PCs?
I have SPAC cases that other dealers will sell to me, but GM won't call them because the parts are already WRITTEN to a PC.
