If I ever get to talk to someone I want to sprint 44 parts and to ask about two SPAC cases that closed out to 51 2 or 3 days ago that I just got an answerback saying they were floor back ordered. I wonder if I can make another SPAC case on the same parts.

120 ahead of me over an hour ago just to add a spac case that kicks back when I try and add it via backorder report.
Anymore I am excited to get them all added let alone filled.

I was on hold for 40 minutes when there was a glitch and the line hung up. Called back and was on hold over 80 minutes and again it rang once then ended. I found dealers willing to sprint 5 SPAC cases and cannot get GM to answer the phone. I also have 2 SPAC cases that were closed to 051 that I got answerbacks today saying they were floor backordered so I need to try to make a new SPAC case on those. Guess I will try again tomorrow. Laser Fo-CUSSED for sure.

I began using the chat. Today was this first time I has to wait to use it. I was like 35 in line. It took some time.

I used the chat yesterday and it took almost an hour to get an order cancelled, and then re-order the part, and then put the spac case on it.

spac couldn't get a hold of the dealer that was going to sprint the part. told me that i would have to call back in and request a call back.

you can't make this stuff up.....

I've pretty much have given up on GM. I've told customers that I cant give a guarantee on when it'll be here. Hopefully it'll be better at the new year
