It takes awhile to hear from my DMA.

I've got enough shit on my plate to deal with.

Has anyone else noticed that you do not get the SPAC surveys anymore? Gee I wonder why, as I sit her number 94 in the queue.

I noticed we stopped getting them when Pontiac went down for the software update, because I made a point to tell SPAC I was really looking forward to the survey they were going to send me when they said they were not going to do anything to get any information during Pontiac's outage.

I called OE connection (d2d) and asked them what happens to our sprint responses they said it goes the 1st round for 2hrs if no response it goes for a 2nd round for 30min. I asked what happens next, he didn't know. My suggestion is keep the commitments on OE connection until the spac case is closed. When we call a dealer that is willing to sprint the part they can fill it agree to sell it and wait for the FEDEX label. As it is now, we have to call the sprint dept. and be on hold for 1 to 2 hours just so they can call the dealer I just spoke to and verify they can and will sprint the part. It would be a whole lot easier for us and also the spac dept. if the commitments would stay in D2D until its filled and we filled it our selves. Does other dealers agree?

Has anyone noticed that D2D shows a part in the local warehouse and when you order it, it is either backordered or sent to another warehouse? Part number 15305889 on D2D shows 21 in Charlotte but when I ordered it the order was sent to Memphis(092). OE connection only shows Memphis stocking it. The problem is we are getting nothing out of 092. D2D is an overpriced POS.

Same problem here Denver shows plenty but they referred it to Chicago I'm still waiting for parts ordered 10-7-19 that are in Chicago.

I talked to a dealer about 2 hours ago, he called to verify that we could sprint a part. At that time, he had been on hold with SPAC for an hour and twenty minutes.

SPAC called me about a half hour ago.

198 in queue. If I had called I'm sure they would thank me for my patience at least 1000 times before they answered.
