48 minutes.
come on GM....
This is after taking 45 minutes to get the rep on the SPAC chat to get a SPAC case put on a part that I need.
This is ridiculous.

asks me if i'm picking up part or shipping it.
I'm at least 6 states away? I'm in ohio. sprinting dealer is in maine.

update, 1 hour and 3 minutes to finally get an advisor then 8 more minutes while they checked on the issue. and finally no information at this time check back on Friday. LASER FOCUSED MY ASS!

On the Spac chat now i'm number 115 in queue. They could manufacture the part in japan and ship it to me on boat before I actually speak to someone.
