Still can't cant believe this , Call answered at 49 minutes. SPAC advisor (Ashley I think) escalates the case I'm dealing with and answers question on another case. Asks if she can help with anything else , told her about a escalated case that I can't seem to get any info on. She puts me on hold 8 minutes comes back tells me that the warehouse does not have enough to cover order ( three others told me they did) she had already called a dealer and they are shipping part to me for Thursday can you believe this someone that cares WOW I

Finally at 13:09 Darren connected. It took me 5 to 10 seconds to get to the screen and respond. The MF disconnected. I just love GM. :evil:

Spent 3 hours waiting on SPAC Chat. Had plenty of time to enter all my information regarding the parts I found at other dealers who are willing to SPRINT parts to me. Once a SPAC agent got to me, he said he is unable to SPRINT due to one part being pulled and showing ready to ship, and one SPAC case is closed. BASICALLY, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP EXPEDITE! I mentioned the facts, which are backed up by GlobalConnect, that prove there is no movement on these parts. After 4 1/2 hours, nothing. I now believe it is truly a futile effort. SPAC agents, in my opinion, have no incentive to help and have probably been instructed to be as evasive as they can during the struggle. Pitiful mess. GM should be ashamed.

14:38 when I started I was number 227. As of 15:20, I have moved up to number 116. Realllllllly making a lot of progress today. LOL

Started at 11:10 this morning on chat. At 1:20 an agent logged in. I responded within 10 seconds and he had already disconnected. Got on the phone immediately and finally at 4:20 an agent picked up to tell me that their system is down and they don't know when it will be back up. I can call back later or try chat later. I am going to SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all the way home.

Finally got answered by a chat agent at like 15:30.
agent: Hello! Thank you for contacting GM SPAC. My name is Jared. Are you contacting us about an existing SPAC case or Service Request today?
me: This is in regards to an existing SPAC case. Part number blah blah blah, you know the routine.
agent: SPAC is experiencing technical difficulties at this time and we are unable to process sprints. We do not have an eta for when we will be back up. Please chat back at a later time.
me: So that's an hour of my life I won't get back.
Immediate disconnect from chat, thoroughly pissed off.
(They could have probably heard me cussing all the way up front.)
