You can find it on the Global Connect home page. There is a tab named Support/Chat on the top row click that. The next page that comes up has a Live chat link, click that and a box will appear and then you be will prompted to select SPAC or the DBC group.

They start at 8:00 eastern time. The only luck I've had is clicking on it at 8:00 and getting connected in just a few . If you are 229 in queue you will wait over 2 hours to talk with someone and you had better sit there with your finger on the button ready to click as soon as someone finally connects or they will immediately disconnect. I got 3 SPAC cases sprinted this morning then I got to fill out a survey on Sprint/Chat. I enjoyed that

Lets see you top this one......I was waiting for chat for over 3 hours. Started out at 264. I kept an eye on it all afternoon and when I got down to number 34, my global connect just logged off. Lost my place in line. I have been using it all afternoon, so it did not time out. Oh well at least now I know I am not staying late to wait my turn!

Well, had another case yesterday. Started at 9:40 am local at #235 in line, got connected just shy of 3 hours later at 12:33 pm. The advisor tried calling the dealer I had spoken to, and the guy had stepped out,
so he said "I can hold onto this information an close the case when he comes back. Checked late yesterday, and again this morning, and apparently the dude never has made an attempt to close the case, because
it's still showing open. Just can't believe this shit!!
