10:53 started chat feature (240 in queue) to get in line in hopes of filling a spac case.

Called 34 dealers before I found one.

2:21 I now have an agent.

2:42 and we are all set.

3:50:90 total time.

I believe it is going to get worse before it gets better.

2:45 on hold.... mother nature called and I had to hang up, decided to use chat, 293 in queue. At least with the chat feature I can still get work done while I wait and not worry about missing them pickup

Is there something against using the credit card and just taking the up charge and passing it on? I dont want to wait on hold to sprint cause time is money and I have better things to do.

I'm pretty sure it's damaged. Look REALLY close at it.

Unless of course your shortage claim pays...then you got yourself a free transfer case.

I just got off the phone with Craig at 051. He walked me through how to return it.

I was hit with over a 2 hour long wait on hold time the other day trying to call spac to let them know i found a dealer willing to sell me a part. By the time i got through the other dealer had sold the part to another local dealer ...........
