Can someone give me a rundown on how to get rid of these warranty parts? My training manager hasnt been back in 2 months after a 2 day crash course and I am running out of room. I'm new to GM and came from heavy duty dealer so nothing is the same. TIA

With the RO number available, log into GMGlobalconnect. from there find Global Warranty Management. Click continue past the red warning. Look for "view transactions by job card". Type the RO number into the job card field and hit enter. This will tell you if each job line is accepted (paid). if all lines are complete, you can scrap 15 days after that accepted date.
