What are the specifications of the computer(s) you are using to run GM / Snap-On parts catalog? Do they work well (fast / slow)?

We have a couple that need replaced and I am considering changing to a Solid State Drive from Hard Disk. If you are using a SSD, did you notice improvement in performance?

We lease ours from Snap-On. Our's is solid state and the improvement is remarkable, from completely shut down to ready to go is only seconds.

I have our machines built and SSD is the way to go. We have had to replace a couple hard drives over the years but the difference in speed is night and day. My current machine which is a few years old has

Intel i7-7700k @4.20 GHz
32 GB ram
500 GB SSD

It's quick and will keep up with the increase in demand for many years
